**About The Role**:
Nisbets celebrates its 40th anniversary this year and we have come a long way from humble beginnings in 1983 to the international company we are today. In order to ensure we can continue to facilitate our growth we need to recruit a Digital Merchandiser to support our Australia and New Zealand Region. As Our Digital Merchandiser you will work closely with the commercial team, content writer, media production, and SEO to optimise the user journey for customers whilst shopping online. Using insight and analytics to understand customer needs and pain points you will take action to simplify navigation, identify content needs and drive better conversion of categories. We expect this role to suit a Digital Merchandiser who is looking for more autonomy and breadth in their role, as you will be solely accountable for one of our regions.

We operate a hybrid working model and are happy to discuss a working pattern to suit your needs, but would expect some contact time in our Bristol office on a weekly basis. This role will be offered on a 12 month contract in the first instance and would be looking for someone to start early October.

**What will you be doing as a Digital Merchandiser?**
- Take ownership of and co-ordinate new product introductions, ensuring they are launched on schedule across ANZ and wholesale sites
- Use digital tools including Adobe Analytics and GA4 to analyse and optimise the user journey and core products
- Ensure media assets are appropriately loaded against products and brands
- Work in partnership with SEO, paid acquisition, and the category copywriter to improve the user journey and organic ranking
- Run and maintain reports to assess and improve category performance regularly

**About You**:
**What are we looking for in a Digital Merchandiser?**
- Previous employment in a similar role in a retail environment
- Understanding of taking new products to market
- Highly commercial approach and able to articulate your vision and approach clearly to senior stakeholders
- Analytics and reporting - experience of Google Analytics and or Adobe
- Independent and self motivated and happy to take full accountability
