**We are currently recruiting for a Central Operations Team Leader to be responsible for the operational and service support of our Central Operations Team, anticipating the needs of both the client and customers, ensuring the seamless integrated delivery of the workplace across Livv.**

**As the Central Operations Team Leader you will take Responsibility for the compliant and efficient operating of the Central Operations Team, working as an ambassador for both the client and Livv, to blend seamlessly within the organisation, ensuring world-class experiences in line with the ISS Global Strategy and client brand values. This includes the core coordination of the Central Operations Team and deputising for the Central Operations Manager as required.**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **To deputise for the Central Operations Manager when required.**:

- **To think of innovative cover solutions updating the accuracy of rota, Network Team & Clients as required.**:

- **To contribute to sharing innovative ideas, adopt new ways of working and enhance service levels through multiple site experience whilst maintaining Client confidentiality and ISS integrity.**:

- **Troubleshooting during stretched periods.**:

- **Client Workplace cover and ad hoc Events support.**:

- **Absence Rota Hotline.**

- **Experience with Leading a team.**:

- **High degree of accuracy and administration skills.**:

- **Excellent communication skills.**:

- **Operations management experience.**:

- **Ability to deal with out of hours requests, absence management and cover solutions.**:
