Job Title: Central Operations Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Operations Team Leader to join our team at ISS. As a Central Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for the compliant and efficient operation of the Central Operations Team, working closely with the client and Livv to deliver world-class experiences in line with the ISS Global Strategy and client brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Central Operations Manager when required.
  • Think of innovative cover solutions updating the accuracy of rota, Network Team & Clients as required.
  • Contribute to sharing innovative ideas, adopt new ways of working and enhance service levels through multiple site experience whilst maintaining Client confidentiality and ISS integrity.
  • Troubleshooting during stretched periods.
  • Client Workplace cover and ad hoc Events support.
  • Absence Rota Hotline.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Experience with Leading a team.
  • High degree of accuracy and administration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Operations management experience.
  • Ability to deal with out of hours requests, absence management and cover solutions.
  • Ability to act as cover solution for both Front of House and Hospitality as required.
  • Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable and receptive to change management.
