Operations Team Leader - Asset Finance

Our client, a well-established and award-winning bank, is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to join their growing team in central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the proposal workload within the Asset Finance Department, ensuring excellent customer service in line with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Asset Finance Proposal team, ensuring proposals and KYC tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.
  • Provide line management support, training, and mentoring to team members, setting clear objectives and addressing any training issues.
  • Review and maintain team procedures and documentation to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned with the Bank's internal policy.
