Job Summary
The Central Operations Team Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Central Operations Team, serving as a liaison between the client and ISS. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, administration skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputize for the Central Operations Manager as needed.
- Develop innovative solutions for roster updates, network team coordination, and client communication.
- Contribute to the enhancement of service levels through the sharing of innovative ideas and the adoption of new working methods.
- Troubleshoot during periods of high demand.
- Provide client workplace cover and support for ad-hoc events.
- Manage the absence rota hotline.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in leading a team.
- High degree of accuracy and administration skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Operations management experience.
- Ability to handle out-of-hours requests, absence management, and cover solutions.
- Ability to act as a cover solution for both front-of-house and hospitality as required.
- Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Adaptable and receptive to change management.
