We are passionate about helping these people use their skills and create their own design and we are also looking for some to join our team and help them achieve their goals. To help them we organise trips to exhibitions, art galleries and museums for them to gain different experience and for those with deprived home styles to experience cultural opportunities. We are here to help the students to bond and for staff to engage with the students in order to help them develop as individuals.Throughout the year we run sessions where students design and make a collection of garments to build up their portfolio. The garments are later showcased in our fashion shows, which are held twice a year, organised by staff and students. We develop a number of relationships where we are invited to events such as exhibitions and fashion shows. We collaborate with a variety of popular, up and coming stylists, make-up artists, hairstylists, modelling agencies and magazines. Our company has two parts one is our fashion brand and the other is our fashion institute which provides training for the community within fashion. Our products are expensive because the revenue raised goes towards purchasing new materials for future products and the necessary resources required to fund the charity. The purpose of this organisation is to help others and give back to the community.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing admin process
Ensuring offcie supplies is cost effective
Drawing up schedules
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
Working out the human and material resources needed
Drafting a timescale for the job
Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
Reviewing the performance of subordinates
Identifying training needs
Skills and Interests
Must be able to multitask
Have a certain amount of professionalism
Be able to manage time and people
Be willing to adapt and collaborate
Have project management experience
Be able to prepare reports and plan
Possess I.T skills
Be decisive and committed
Able to work under pressure
Good at managing budgets
Have good communicational and presentation skills
Have a positive attitude to work and be able to motivate a team

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently running response projects during Covid-19 supporting local residence. Applicants must be happy with working in person to support our community and the initiatives we are running.
