Key Responsibilities:

The role of the Admin Volunteer is to provide administrative support to the Service Delivery team at Smart Works Charity. This involves answering telephone enquiries, booking clients in for appointments, and processing client data.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with IT systems. You will work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure the smooth delivery of our service.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic charity while making a meaningful impact on the lives of women seeking employment. As an Admin Volunteer, you will develop your communication, problem-solving, and IT skills, and become part of the supportive and buzzing Smart Works community.

We estimate that the salary for this role would be around £12-15 per hour, depending on location and experience.
