We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Administrator to join
develop and maximise their potential, ensuring high business and
company standards are met.

**Job role**:

- Coordinate and oversee client projects from inception to completion,

ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations

according to company standards and client requirements.

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial

transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling

meetings, managing calendars, and minutes taking

project details, financial transactions, and other relevant data.
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to facilitate

effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all documentation and financial

records, conducting thorough reviews and revisions as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines,

maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required minimum GCSE’s in Maths and English

PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the

ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation,

data management, and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

and as part of a team
- Experience / understanding of Health and Social Care (CQC, CIW,

CIS, OFSTED etc.) would be highly desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
