Our main insurance product offerings are Mergers & Acquisitions, Renewable & Upstream Energy, General & Products Liability, Cyber, Financial Lines, Property & Construction, as well as Accident & Health. RiskPoint is more than simply a “workplace”. We prioritize social events and despite being a fast growing company of soon 200+ employees, we do consider ourselves one large family. At RiskPoint, employees are more than just headcount. **_Because People Matter _**

The team

The Human Resources function within RiskPoint has been set up in April 2021 when the company reached a 100 employees workforce. Our multi-national HR department is servicing the Group across 12 countries in Europe, US and Asia in a fast-paced, expanding business. With nearly 200 employees in 2023, the Group is planning the opening of new operations and countries and therefore looking to strengthen its HR servicing to the business.

The HR team is closely interacting with the entire RiskPoint organization such as business centers, country management, and more particularly with Finance & Operations as well as other insourced/outsourced partners.

The HR function being relatively recent to the Group, the opportunities are wide in terms of value creation and entrepreneurial challenges when it comes to People matters.

The position
- The position will report into the Group Human Resources Director and will cover a Group (cross-country) scope.
- The position is hybrid and could be based out of one of our offices in Germany (Frankfurt, Hamburg), UK (London) or alternatively Spain (Madrid). The nature of the position allows remote working and will involve regular travel to other countries, including to our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Samples of responsibilities will be
