Role
Looking for a highly experienced Senior Web Analytics Manager for a world-leading fashion retailer. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving data-based insights to inform digital strategy and tactics, and leading web analytics efforts tooptimise website and digital marketing performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing and managing the implementation of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive web analytics strategy, including KPIs and measurement plans
- Leading the analysis of website and digital marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Providing data-driven recommendations for website and digital marketing optimization to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement website and digital marketing optimizations
- Communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web analytics
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience in web analytics, preferably in an agency or large organisation setting
- Proven track record of driving data-based insights and optimizations to improve website and digital marketing performance
- Expertise in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and communicate insights to senior leadership
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
