**THE COMPANY**

This company is a growing retail brand that has the backing of a large, successful organisation. They have a wide variety of categories and products to service a large customer base.

**THE ROLE**

As an Analytics Manager in this company, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Oversee a variety of analytical projects
- Create and maintain reports across the business
- Gain insight into customer behaviour and how it can be utilised for increasing ROI
- Manage a range of stakeholder requests and questions
- Prioritise business questions and create actionable insight projects
- Support the commercial and finance teams to achieve KPIs

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

The successful Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:

- Strong marketing/customer analytics experience
- Comfortable utilising SQL
- Experience working with Python or R
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Previous managerial experience preferred

**THE BENEFITS**

The successful Analytics Manager will receive a salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
