The Bridge Clinic Group was founded in 1999 on the principles of excellence in healthcare delivery and personalised care and has celebrated the birth of over 3000 babies.

Bridge Clinic London was established in 2023 and follows the best practices of UK-based fertility clinics. This includes being licensed by the HFEA, the UK’s fertility regulator, as well as being registered by the Quality Care Commission, the independent regulator of health and social care in England.

**About the role**:

- Manage new patient leads to ensure a smooth patient pathway and a high-quality patient experience from first contact.
- Ensure that all communication is of a professional standard.
- Explain processes and pathways to new patients and those seeking treatment.
- Ensure that patients’ records and correspondence are correctly filed.
- Utilise the patient records system for recording and maintaining patient information, including registration of new patients, managing the appointment system and invoicing system and patient communication.
- Ensure payments are received for all appointments that require to be paid for in advance, liaising with the patient where necessary.
- Carry out the scanning and saving of patient notes, invoices and other paperwork, as required, into the patient record system.
- Maintain the professional image of Bridge Clinic at all times when engaged in Bridge Clinic business.
- Adhere to the Information Governance requirements of Bridge Clinic, to treat all information as confidential and abide by the Data Protection Act and the HFEA Code of Practice.
- Comply with the policies of the organization including Bridge Clinic health, safety & environment.
- Adhere to Bridge Clinic Infection Control Policies and make every effort to maintain high standards of Infection Control at all times (recognising that Infection Control is everyone’s responsibility, whether clinical or non-clinical).
- Take responsibility to safeguard young people and to protect vulnerable adults.
- Demonstrate personal commitment and contribution to effective teamwork across the full range of Bridge Clinic activities including the maintenance of effective liaison with internal and external key people and organisations.

- Attend training relevant to the role, as provided, and to actively and continuously review all work-related activities and suggest areas for improvement.
- Undertake any other tasks which are commensurate with the level and responsibilities of the post.

**About you**:
You’ll play an important role in our clinic and will be a self-starter and able to work effectively in a diverse team of people.

A flexible member of the team providing high quality administrative services with excellent attention to detail and good organisational and communication skills.

An understanding of medical terminology, previous experience of working in a healthcare or laboratory setting, relevant and/or transferable skills, any patient contact experience and familiarity with the HFEA Code of Practice is desirable.

**What Bridge Clinic offers**:
Salary range: from £26,500 p.a.

Working Mon to Fri 08.00 - 16.00 or 09:00 - 17:00, with weekends by arrangement
