The Community Cardio-Respiratory Service provides a fast and efficient service to patients within Ealing and Central & West London. Patients are seen quickly and to be able to do this we need dedicated admin staff to work closely with the clinical teams to be able to provide this.

The post holder will need to be able to work efficiently within a challenging but fulfilling environment. You will need to have excellent communication and IT skills. Although the post will have a set base location you will be required to work across community sites as part your role.

The successful applicant will be expected to have previous experience of working in an administrative role in a healthcare environment.

To provide patient scheduling, reception cover, administration support, working flexibly across the directorate, maintaining a high quality of service to patients, carers and other visitors.
The main base will be at the Hanwell Health Centre, but the post holder may also be required to cover departments across the Trust when needed.
