- Input and maintenance of accurate patient information on Trust information systems.
- Scheduling of patients with adherence to Trust and Directorate policies and protocols
- Provision of excellent customer service to members of the public and staff who visit or contact the service.
- Work flexibly across departments within the Directorate as required
- Contribution to positive patient experiences
