We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator/Receptionist to work in our Diagnostic Cardiology administration team based at St Mary’s Hospital. The working hours for this role will be part time - 15 hours a week Thursday and Friday, fixed term for 12 months.

In this role, you will undertake all administrative process relating to Diagnostic Cardiology outpatients including reception and back office tasks.

You must have excellent communication skills, organizational and customer care skills. You will have the personal qualities to deal confidently and confidentially with our patients, clinical staff and other Trust staff and health professionals. You will be flexible in your approach to supporting the service to achieve its objectives and be able to work in a team.

Please note this post will be a part time fixed term post, based primarily at St Mary’s Hospital.
