Stancold’s dedicated food and Firewalls project teams utilise strong design and technical expertise to complete a range of builds, from food-safe upgrade works for drinks manufacturing to internal fit-outs within new-build production extensions.
Through our relationships with a trusted supply chain of more than 75 years, our food-safe panel systems can be used to construct partition walls, cold rooms and freezers. Such systems have thermally-efficient insulating properties and fire-rated capabilities that can be incorporated should it be part of a project’s specification..

**Purpose of the Role**
The purpose of the role is to;
To offer administrative support to the Stancold Project teams, assisting as necessary to ensure smooth delivery & installation of contracts.
Key tasks will include:
- Raising purchase orders for materials, plant, etc
- Coordination of & arranging deliveries / collections
- Maintaining a live plant hire register - ensuring all hired tools & equipment are tracked
- Setting up project files
- Producing job boxes for sites and arranging delivery
- Creating O&M documents when needed and archiving
- Other admin jobs as required

- Excellent organisational skills & flexible attitude
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a demanding fast-paced construction environment
- Confident telephone manner
- Able to work as part of a team
- IT literate especially in Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn
Preferable Skills/ Experience:
- Understanding technical drawings
- Experience working in the construction industry in a similar role
