**Salary**:£21,000.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits

**Hours**:40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm (30min unpaid lunch)

**Location**:Avonmouth, BS11 0YB

**What will you be doing?**
- Communication and relations with new and existing customers
- Reception cover, including meeting and greeting visitors and answering the telephone
- Provide cover for team members when absent from the depot
- Managing the administration of any legislative reporting and paperwork
- Control of paperwork on a daily basis including monthly rebate reporting to customers
- Liaising with customers for stock collections to ensure efficiency in processing sales
- Where applicable, provide financial reports, on a monthly basis to the Operations Manager for evaluation and upwards reporting
- Involvement in operational compliance
- Supporting the team with people management including; timesheets, processing of absence due to sickness, and any other associated tasks
- Respond to all queries sent via CET
- Resolve day-to-day customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitoring and maximising productivity and efficiency of all assets
- Occasional support to the Service Team for projects and initiatives.
- Administer purchase orders, disposal invoices, subcontracted collections and associated invoices.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in an administrative function including reporting on performance and processing of invoices
- Maintenance of systems and record-keeping
- Literate, confident PC user
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Awareness of transport legislation
- Experience working within the waste industry
