PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Role Overview
The Global Cosmetics Planning Hub manages supply of 500M+ units of global brand cosmetics (Max Factor, Rimmel, Covergirl, Sally Hansen, Bourjois, Manhattan) to 45 global markets via a network of 27 DCs.

The Distribution Requirements Planner (DRP) is responsible for: Deployment of stocks to serve specific Business Units locations and to advise their designated business units on availability timings and risk. Maximize customer service by analyzing available inventory, inbound movements, planned production and outbound movements against customer orders to prevent cutting product codes at delivery creation for a specific combination of categories / markets. DRP will assign stock to fill orders, wither direct-to-customer or product transfer between DCs. Ensure that finished product is available to ship to our customer at the right location and right time

DRP Key Success Measures Service - Delivering the Customer Fill Rate targets. Inventory - Managing inventory performance ($M, SS, DOH) to target. VAR/E&O - Drive the work to minimise VAR (Value at Risk) and Excess & Obsolete inventory in collaboration with the Markets Master Data Accuracy - Ensure creation and maintenance of MD elements on time and quality. Late in transit Root Cause - CFR root cause assigned in the system within the time specified. Market level risk projection. Ensure successful delivery of new product initiatives and PIPO (Phase In Phase Out) Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain projects.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Build Relationships Develop and maintain pro-active relationships with internal hub partners (SIP, IP, DRP, CSP, MSM, INV), Manufacturing sites (namely Operations SPOC) and suppliers to facilitate stronger results through effective collaboration.

Continuous Improvement Contribute to the successful execution of Supply Chain projects Support in the training and onboarding of new/less experienced individuals. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and tools using analytical and problem-solving skills Embrace a culture of continuous improvement where ideas and improvements to ways of working are encouraged

**Technical Deployment & Scheduling**: Determine deployment priorities and assign inventory for products within the DRP Network. Perform Finished Product Availability Planning within SAP to review, analyse and make decisions to support the confirmation of products so that the maximum amount of product on sales orders is confirmed during the delivery creation process. This must be done within the specified time windows of the daily order cycle ensuring efficient decision regarding replenishment of products within the Distribution Network. Generate intervention plans with Bus and DCs for key Service and Inventory outages identified via DDS or LIR. Providing direction and guidance to BUs, Transport Team, and HUB regarding fulfilment of projected product shortfall in order to maximize the available stock for delivery creation. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate with the appropriated Key Partners to resolve critical issues which impact Cash, Cost, Service. Provide regulars updates as per Operational Standards to the list of codes at risk (LIR - Low Inventory Report) for the category/market combination so that all affected parties are aware of current issues of potential customer service risk due to product availability. Provide input to Initiative Planners for possible updates to material substitution & determination tables given the current supply situation & results from daily availability management. Owns the feedback to BUs in scope on incremental Growth Opportunities within the allocated time frame Collaboration and communication with SIP, IP, LCM, DCs & BUs Roles escalating for leadership support where required. Root cause: Own DRP Caused Case Fill Rate Root Cause analysis & category communication for products within the DRP Network. Master data & Demand flow: Verify demand flow for products within the DRP Network.. Conduct periodic master data audits ensuring right parameters under DRP scope are in place and if not be able to assign the right input. Contribute to the maintenance of products within your BUs scope, including phase-in/phase-out activities and new product activations in the DRP Network. Follow-up with Key Resources regarding Holds, Retrievals, Past Due Elements for designated products. Inventory & VAR: Deliver results in the areas SKUs within limits, Inventory value and Cost for designated Supply locations. Participate in decision making and movement of Non-Performing Inventory within the DRP Network. Participate in tracking, decision making and movements for Finished Products (non-production sites) that are outside of inventory tolerance (i.e. Potential Out of Tolerance).
