**Job description**

Jackson Sims Recruitment are currently seeking Concierge staff to cover shifts at luxury residential buildings based in Ashford, Kent.

Shift working hours will be between 8 - 12 hours, and will be a day time role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the reception area as well as all communal areas of the building
- Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building
- Assisting residents with day to day queries
- Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels
- Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively
- Issuing building fobs and parking permits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ashford, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
