Production Planner

Blue Chyp Limited are looking for a Production Planner, for their Ashford site. You will be working at their brand new facilities, with state of the art machinary and new team.
The production facility covers fabrication of aluminium extrusions, on CNC and saw machines, alongwith assembly of all the parts to make balcony systems.
Reporting to the Head of Production you will be responsible for scheduling and planning all fabrication and assembly works orders, to ensure we meet deadlines dates and budget for the distribution of the balconies.
Ensure a viable Master Production Schedule is generated and maintained, using established capacity planning tools. Engage with Design, Warehouse, Fabrication, Assembly, Projects and our Supply Chain when required to confirm validity.
Driving the monthly planning process, ensuring that Planning Accuracy targets are hit and negotiating solutions to blockers with relevant departments.
**Responsibilities**
- Record agreed capacity traget forecast for each resource machine.
- Maintain Master Production Schedule in the ERP (NetSuite) and Excel spreadsheets.
- Engage with Supply Chain, Fabrication and Assembly departments and edit MPS accordingly.
- Attendance and agenda setting for meetings for Production planning (Fabrication and Assembly).
- Production analytics reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Strong computer skills (including excel)
- Data management and analytic skills.
- Supply Chain/Production Planning experience.
- Manufacturing environment, ideally with CNC machining.
- Working with complex Excel spreadsheets and formula.
- Experience using at least one ERP system, ideally with mínimal process automation.
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Microsoft 365 package (Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Windows-based system/drives
- Oracle NetSuite
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
