Job description:
Morgan Philips are delighted to be working with a great brand in Buckinghamshire to hire an HR Shared Service Team Leader.You will be responsible for supporting management and leading the service delivery of the HR Admin team. You will coordinate the deliveryof effective, accurate and timely HR admin support to all internal and external clients of HR Services, ensuring compliance with company operating procedures, security of employee information and legal obligations

**Responsibilities will include**
- Manage team workload through allocation and monitoring of work, monitoring volumes, transaction completion and overall service delivery.
- Coordination of workflow for the team, driving completion of activity within agreed timeframes.
- Ensuring the team meet and strive to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Work with the team to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery across all processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support the HR Shared Services Manager in implementing and driving change.
- Responsible for delivery of scheduled HR Admin activities e.g. monthly long service award submission, Right to Work expiries.
- Support compliance with GDPR and data retention policy.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to drive efficiency, accuracy and increased service levels.
- Monitor adherence to KPI’s using phone and ticketing system data, identifying challenges and training needs.
- Deputise for HR Shared Services Manager as required.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally studying towards a CIPD qualification
- Experience of working within a large and diverse organisation
- Knowledge and experience of human resources processes and best practices
- Confident IT skills including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with highly developed customer facing skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines using own initiative
- Highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Professional and customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work with the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion
- Team player with a “can do” attitude
