Great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a hugely successful and established company within the pharma/healthcare sector.

Reporting to the HR Manager within a group HR team, this is a very varied Generalist role where no two days are the same.
- **The Role**_

As HR Advisor, you'll be involved with the provision of a pro-active HR service to provide support, advice and guidance on all general HR matters, recruitment, case work, absence management, performance issues and polices/procedures.

You'll be responsible for the recruitment of specific vacancies from advertising, drafting job descriptions and person specs to interviewing, managing assessments and preparing offer letters, Contracts etc through to onboarding.

The HR Advisor also represents the HR function for grievance and disciplinary meetings ensuring compliance with best practice and employment legislation.
- **Requirements**_

You'll be either part or full CIPD qualified with proven HR generalist experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
Recruitment at all levels of a business

Experience of supporting employee relations processes

Strong verbal and written communication skills including influencing/negotiation.

Be a team player with the ability to effectively priortise your workload.
