We are recruiting for a Product Sales Specialist to join a very successful and expanding global company based in Welham Green.

**Key Responsibilities for the Product Sales Specialist**:
**Market Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and new routes to market within the construction and redevelopment sectors across EMEA
- Analyse industry trends and regulations related to fire safety to stay informed and adapt sales strategies and product roadmap accordingly
**Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications for the specific sector
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and how the products align with industry standards offering customer solutions
- Provide market intelligence to influence future development of the product and future related products
- Become the product champion to evangelize the market and support the internal sales team
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies, developers, architects, and building management firms
- Generate and qualify leads to build a multi
- million GBP pipeline of opportunities, through cold calling, networking events, and other strategic methods
**Sales Presentations**:
- Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations or pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of products to address the unique needs and challenges of each prospect
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions to meet those needs
- Create commercial models, transforming commercial transactions into strategic solutions selling
**Sales Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and product positioning
**Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing performance metrics and outlining areas for improvement
**For this Product Sales Specialist role the employer is looking for**:
- Proven and demonstrable track record of successful B2B sales either directly or indirectly, preferably construction industry across EMEA
- Experience of networking and influencing senior people / stakeholders both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative matrix-based team
- Ability to focus on the achievement of financial targets and view issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value
- Willing to travel occasionally within Europe
