Merchandising Specialist

ARNE Clo Ltd is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand seeking an experienced Merchandising Specialist to join their team. With ambitious objectives over the next decade, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving targets through new product category launches, paid media, CRM activity, and international growth.

• Own trade analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to propose clear actions and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend stock replenishment and trading actions to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Maximise sales of best-selling products and identify potential product risks for timely management.
• Control stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes.
• Built and utilise season reviews/lessons learnt to support future planning.
• Develop and maintain merchandise plans aligning with company objectives, customer demand, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop commercial strategies and plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in merchandising, maths, business, or a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent analytical and communication skills. The company offers a competitive salary of approximately £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 32 days' holiday, private healthcare, and a generous staff discount.
