Product Merchandising Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly trade analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor inventory levels and make data-driven decisions on stock replenishment and trading actions to optimize efficiency.
- Evaluate best-selling products to ensure maximum potential and address any potential risks in a timely manner.
- Manage stock levels based on sales and intake data to optimize inventory efficiency.
- Lead season reviews and lessons-learnt exercises to inform future planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to develop and maintain merchandise plans aligned with company objectives, customer demand, and financial targets.
- Work closely with commercial teams (marketing, trading, and e-commerce) to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in merchandising, mathematics, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
