**Specification Consultant - Architectural LED Lighting.**
We have a diverse team and a solid client list. With this great foundation we want accelerated growth. We are looking for a Specification Sales Consultant who can help us achieve that growth.
We want an enthusiastic lighting professional with a proven track record of selling architectural lighting designing solutions.
**What do we want you to do**
You will have a solid experience in client development and new business development with a proven capability of attracting business and winning projects.
We need an effective approach to business development. We need a networker, someone with a black book of their own, who can create interesting ways to showcase our capabilities and achieve our products being frequently specified.
You will be able to manage multiple stakeholders in small as well as medium sized specification projects from conception to order stage.
Facilitate an increase of our market share within the specification marketplace.
We need someone who not only knows how to attract new clients and build business pipeline, but someone who has a commercial mind and an entrepreneurial spirit.
**Requirements**:
Sell highly original and carefully manufactured products to Interior Designers, Architects, Lighting Designers, Developers and independent specification purchaser Lighting Specialists.
Liaise with both prospective and existing customers on a regular basis. You will develop strong and profitable relationships in order to maintain awareness of our products and maximise sales.
You will meet clients, produce accurate written quotations, undertake site surveys and ensure that the designs for high quality lighting solutions meet customer requirements.
You will produce reports and provide valuable technical advice, support and information to customers to ensure that they are trained on the technical aspects of our products.
You will be experienced in working on a wide range of projects
Effective communicator at senior and contractor level.
Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
Results orientated and conscientious
Able to thrive under pressure
Able to work to tight deadlines
