**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office records and CRM system.
- Organise and maintain filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Maintain office records.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fareham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fareham
