Reporting to the HR and Resources Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and be involved in a generalist HR role as well as taking on HR projects and initiatives.

As the HR and Resourcing Adviser, you will provide a high quality, pro-active service across the whole employee lifecycle regarding all employee relations matters, resourcing, onboarding / offboarding. In addition you will contribute to the Council’s workforce planning approach and delivery of priorities related to the People Strategy.

With proven experience in HR and recruitment and sound knowledge of employment legislation coupled with effective communication skills, you will be solution orientated with a practical, logical, and creative approach to problem solving.
