HR Administrator

An opportunity has arisen to join an FT1000 listed, and multi award-winning company, Bold Security Group, based in Grays, Essex as an HR administrator.
After experiencing astronomical growth in the last two years, credit to Bold’s exceptional service provision, Bold have developed one of the best management teams in the industry and continues to go from strength to strength with further growth predicted this year.
We are looking for someone to join our dynamic, friendly head office team as an HR administrator. Due to the nature of the industry, each of our employees must be vetted to the British Standard 7858, which is the key focus of the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise and work towards tight deadlines.
- Computer literate, and proficient use of Microsoft packages.
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Level 3 CIPD qualification.
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Vetting in accordance with British Standard 7858:2019.
- Maintaining monthly trackers
- Liaising with other departments.
- General administration for the business - including booking hotels, ordering uniform/stationary and keeping a tracker on driving licence information.
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Exposure with dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Security Industry experience.

**Salary**: Dependent upon experience.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Grays: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (required)
