Job Description

CRP Group Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Service Centre Parts Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Service Centre, you will be responsible for effectively managing all parts stock holding for the site, including warranty and campaign parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate supplies, orders, returns, and part exchanges to meet workshop requirements.
  • Manage Service Centre stock and tooling on site, for Field Technician Vehicles and at Customer locations.
  • Ensure the safe storage of hazardous materials in line with Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines.
  • Accurately identify parts prior to supply or order using available resources.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain required parts, reducing VOR costs and increasing Customer Experience.
  • Conduct weekly perpetual stock checks, investigating high-value discrepancies.
  • Liaise with off-site engineers to supply correct parts and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week, including:

  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 - 19:00
  • Alternate Saturdays: 06:00 - 14:00
