The Key responsibilities for this Service Charge Officer role will include:
- Build effective relationships
- Coordinate the calculation of estimated service charges for tenants, leaseholders and freeholders before the beginning of the financial year, carrying out all administration and communication with leaseholders and freeholders as required.
- Calculate service charges
- Liaise with the wider Finance team
- Maintain and develop procedures, processes and templates for accurate and clear service charge calculations
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Is looking for advanced part-time finance work
- From the social housing, private property or commercial management sectors where you had responsibility for delivering excellent value for money customer focused services.
- Has previous experience in Housing industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work within a team but also independently, when necessary
**What's on Offer**:
- Hybrid work schedule
- 21 Hour per week contract
- Up to £37,900 per annum (dependent on experience). This will be pro-rata'd.
