**Defects Officer (Housing)**
**High Wycombe, remote/hybrid working.**
**Hybrid policy: 2 days per week in the office, three day remote.**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Aftercare team as a Defects Officer. This exciting and varied role involves engaging with our customers, including homeowners and tenants in our new build properties, as well as collaborating with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. As part of the Aftercare Team, you'll work closely with Development Delivery, Design & Quality, and other internal teams at Paradigm.

You will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding outstanding defects. Your exceptional organisational skills and self-motivation will be instrumental in swiftly and efficiently resolving issues, ensuring prompt solutions and proactive communication with our customers. Your ability to keep customers well-informed and maintain regular updates with key contacts will showcase your commitment to delivering outstanding service.

To excel in this role, you'll need exceptional IT skills and an ability to adapt to new systems.
