Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a prominent property management firm specializing in independent retirement living. We are currently seeking a skilled Property Services Field Operations Manager to join our team under the guidance of our new Property Services Director.

Role Overview

The Property Services Field Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the execution of projects within the Churchill Estates Management property portfolio, ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently met and maintained across our developments and assets. The scope of work may include fire safety projects, emergency call systems, asset upgrades, building enhancements, and significant works throughout the development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise contractor performance for both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members to enhance the management of external contractors and suppliers.Ensure that maintenance and compliance tasks are executed efficiently and safely, adhering to all legislative requirements.Maintain effective communication with operational teams throughout the various stages of work, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.Serve as the escalation point for complex repair challenges and building defects.Contribute to business reporting on key performance areas and improvement opportunities.Review and authorize invoices and payments to suppliers and subcontractors.Collaborate closely with Building Surveyors and the Property Services team to ensure optimal solutions are implemented.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of facilities management or site management within a residential context. Experience in overseeing major and remedial works is advantageous, along with a proven track record in managing contractors and service level agreements.

Applicants should have a minimum of GCSE level C/5 in Maths and English, along with proficient IT skills in MS Office, and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines is essential. A valid UK driving license is required for this role.
