About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to join our Workplace Solutions team in the South region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inspection, maintenance, and compliance activities across our commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise work and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Manage in-house staff and contractors, overseeing small projects such as minor lifecycle works and office moves
  • Conduct building condition surveys, deal with landlord and leasehold matters, and support the development of property life cycle plans
  • Support the Asset Manager in site visits, drafting options appraisals, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively within the Workplace Solutions team to achieve departmental objectives and drive continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a solid background in property management within the commercial real estate sector, including experience of commercial building services. Your knowledge should extend to commercial property maintenance, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance activities according to industry standards and best practice.

You should be experienced in creating operational budgets, using CAFM systems, and proficient in generating reports using MS Office tools like Excel, Power BI, and Word. A strong background in Health and Safety management, including the production of RAMS and managing contractors in live workplace environments is crucial.
