At Assets and Investments, we're looking for a skilled Regional Property Manager to join our Workplace Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing inspection, maintenance, and compliance activities across our Southern Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise work and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Oversee small projects such as minor lifecycle works and office moves, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations 2015.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and contribute to business continuity plans.
  • Conduct building condition surveys, deal with landlord and leasehold matters, and support the development of property life cycle plans.
  • Support the Asset Manager in site visits, drafting options appraisals, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in property management within the commercial real estate sector, including experience of commercial building services.
  • Knowledge of commercial property maintenance, with a proven track record of maintaining compliance activities according to industry standards and best practice.
  • Experience in creating operational budgets, using CAFM systems, and proficiency in generating reports using MS Office tools like Excel, Power BI, and Word.
  • A strong background in Health and Safety management, including the production of RAMS and managing contractors in live workplace environments.
