**Job Title**: Estates Maintenance Assistant

**Location**: Aylesbury HP21 8AL and High Wycombe HP11 2TT

**Shift Pattern**: Monday to Friday between, 9-5pm, 37.5 hours per week.

**Pay**: Band 3 - £11.85 per hour

**Trust Location**: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Water flushers required to go around the hospital running taps, flushing toilet to ensure that there is continuous flow of water.
- Looking at the conditions of the taps and recording defect/faulty taps on the tablet and updating the database.
- To liaise with Estates Supervisor/Team Leader to request the supply of goods and/or services, as necessary.
- Undertake and assist with essential works and general maintenance activities at the request of the Estates Supervisor/Charge hand.
- The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above._

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills

- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
