Estates Manager Job Opportunity
Job Reference: Venn Group
A highly regarded organisation in the Northern Home Counties is seeking a skilled Estates Manager to join their team on a temporary – permanent contract. This role is responsible for the delivery of all operational estates services within your allocated area.
Your key duties will include:
- Ensuring that reactive maintenance works are carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Collecting and recording quality data to ensure accurate performance reporting
- Undertaking regular audits and reviews to maintain a safe and suitable estate environment
- Responsible for the administration and accurate record keeping of all work undertaken on the estate
- Ensuring planned preventative maintenance works are carried out as required
- Acting as the Authorised/Responsible Person when necessary
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience of managing engineers
- Technical maintenance knowledge and an Electrically or Mechanically biased background
