Estates Manager Position

Venn Group is seeking a skilled Estates Manager to join our team. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for delivering operational estates services within your allocated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that reactive maintenance works are carried out to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Collect and record quality data to ensure accurate performance reporting.
- Undertake regular audits and reviews to ensure the estate is maintained in a safe and suitable condition.
- Administer and accurately record all work undertaken on the estate, including legislative and statutory requirements.
- Ensure planned preventative maintenance works are carried out as required.
- Act as Authorised/Responsible Persons when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing engineers.
- Technical maintenance knowledge and electrical or mechanical bias.
