Estates Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Estates Operations Manager to join our team. As an Estates Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of all operational estates services within your allocated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactive Maintenance: Ensure that reactive maintenance works are undertaken to a high quality and in a timely manner.
- Performance Reporting: Collect and record quality data to ensure that the department's performance reporting is accurate and to a good quality.
- Remedial Works: Ensure that remedial works identified by PPM/compliance/mandatory checks and tests are undertaken to a suitable standard and in a timely manner.
- Audits and Reviews: Undertake regular audits and reviews to ensure that the estate is maintained in a safe and suitable condition, and issues and risks are identified.
- Administration and Record Keeping: Responsible for the administration and accurate record keeping of all work undertaken on the estate, including records required to meet legislative and statutory requirements.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance: Ensure that planned preventative maintenance works undertaken by the Estates Workforce is undertaken as required, and completion is appropriately advised to the Senior Estates Manager.
- Authorised/Responsible Persons: Where required, to act as the Authorised/Responsible Persons.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: You must have previous experience of managing engineers.
- Technical Maintenance Knowledge: Technical maintenance knowledge and be electrically or mechanically biased.
