Administrator/personal Assistant

BHM Leicester Ltd. is looking for a part time PA/administrator to support the director and office manager in a number of varied administrative areas.
Benefits include flexible working pattern.
Job tasks to include (this is not an exhaustive list and, on occasion, other reasonable tasks may be assigned):
- Maintaining office systems, including data management
- Dealing with phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments; occasionally arranging travel and training
- Keeping social media accounts up to date and posting regular marketing/promotional posts/campaigns - responding to leads generated via these platforms
- Dealing with client queries - providing excellent customer service; maintaining customer relationships; using own initiative
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
- Supporting the growth of the business; having an input with marketing strategies
- Being passionate about driving continuous change and improvement within the company
- To assist the director with Health and Safety administrative compliance tasks
- Internal communications and managing the calendar for the management team
- Following up on leads and occasional cold calling of potential clients

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
