**Job Title**: Temporary Customer Support Agent/Administrator

**Location**: Leicester

**Pay**: £11.53 per hour (equivalent to an annual salary of £21,000 based on a 35-hour week)

**Hours**: Flexible shifts available between 8 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5 pm, or 10 am to 6 pm.

**Company Overview**:
As our client continues to expand, we are seeking a Temporary Customer Support Agent/Administrator to join their team and assist them in maintaining their high standards of service.

As a Temporary Customer Support Agent/Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative support as needed. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and assist in the smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general office duties.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
