**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Purpose**:
To provide administrative and general support to the curriculum delivery teams to ensure the effective and efficient operation of curriculum programmes at their designated campus/cohort.

**Key duties**:

- To support with the administration of curriculum and apprenticeship programmes and exams
- To provide general support to all curriculum, apprenticeship programmes and skills delivery at designated campus/cohort (covering other campuses as required)
- To assist with procurement, invoicing and cross-charging processes for designated campus/cohort
- To assist with arrangements such as hotel bookings, taxis and trips for designated campus/cohort
- To assist with the monitoring of registers and attendance, reporting any concerns to relevant staff
- To support key periods such as enrolments, interviews, events and open evenings
- To provide a range of administrative support for meetings, e.g. scheduling and handling invite using electronic diaries, preparing paperwork, supporting meetings and preparing and distributing minutes
- To word process reports, minutes, general resources and own correspondence to a high standard of presentation and accuracy
- To provide quality general administrative support, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and other record keeping
- Deputise for curriculum administration officers in their absence
- Shadow other team members and provide cover in their absence
- To work flexibly and effectively as part of the team
- Any other duties commensurate with grade and status, as may reasonably be requested
