We are recruiting an experienced HR Assistant to become an integral part of a HR department for a long-standing company based in the Wigston area. As a HR Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support to the HR team and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Duties and responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

- Maintain Precise Employee Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date personal files, creating a foundation for efficient HR operations.
- Streamline HR Processes: Handle the seamless onboarding of new employees, manage the exit process for departing staff, conduct inductions, and facilitate contract changes.
- Administrative Excellence: Provide essential administrative support for HR processes, including disciplinary procedures, grievance resolution, and other related tasks.
- Employee Relations Expertise: Offer guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- HR Experience: Previous experience in a similar HR-related role is essential.
- CIPD Level 3: Possession of a CIPD Level 3 certification demonstrates your commitment to professional development in HR.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
- HR Legislation Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR legislation ensures that our HR practices remain compliant.
- Organisational Skills: High levels of organizational competence are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
