Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide professional support to our Company Director at North Oak Recruitment Ltd. This is a newly created position that requires a strong, confident individual who can demonstrate their added value to the role.
The Role
- Manage the Director's diary and schedule meetings with clients
- Prepare for meetings by reviewing and organizing materials
- Handle emails, correspondence, and telephone calls on behalf of the Director
- Provide administrative support to the Director and other senior team members
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- Assist with client liaison and provide support for high-profile clients
- Provide ad hoc support to other Directors as needed
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have extensive experience as a Senior/Executive/Director level PA
- Be highly organized, professional, and discreet
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be IT literate and able to work efficiently with various software systems
- Be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
- Have a stable career history with a proven track record of success
