**Customer Relationship Specialist**
**Basic Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum plus commission**
**Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)**
**Location: Bournemouth Dorset**
We are looking for new talent in our Customer Service and Retentions team. Our employees are our most valuable asset and we believe in investing in everyone we employ.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interact with various departments and customers regarding renewals, cancellations, collecting failed payments and new business
- Overcome tough objections from customers who are looking to cancel their plan
- Remaining compliant during all communications internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and work pro-actively
- Capture and accurately record information
- Communicate with existing customers regarding their outstanding payments, potential problems and finding solutions
- Work with customers to gain an understanding of their financial and personal situation in order to arrange a suitable and affordable payment plan

**In return for your hard work, we offer a great salary and commission scheme, including but not limited to**:
- Up to £26k Basic Salary D.O.E + Commission which can boost salary to £30,000-£48,000 uncapped.
