Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at 4Com Plc, you will be responsible for providing excellent telephone support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line telephone support to customers to resolve their queries and issues.
  • Support the technical teams in additional areas where required.
  • Rectify any first-line faults in a professional and timely manner.
  • Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and pass them to the upgrades team.
  • Report third-party faults and pass them to the relevant department where necessary.
  • Carry out general administration duties such as logging calls, database administration, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • An excellent and confident telephone manner.
  • Previous experience in an inbound call centre or customer-facing role.
  • Prior exposure to telecoms/IT is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
