Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at 4Com Plc, you will be responsible for providing excellent telephone support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line telephone support to customers to resolve their queries and issues.
- Support the technical teams in additional areas where required.
- Rectify any first-line faults in a professional and timely manner.
- Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and pass them to the upgrades team.
- Report third-party faults and pass them to the relevant department where necessary.
- Carry out general administration duties such as logging calls, database administration, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- An excellent and confident telephone manner.
- Previous experience in an inbound call centre or customer-facing role.
- Prior exposure to telecoms/IT is preferred but not essential.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
