Spectrum IT's Hampshire based retail client are seeking an experienced IT Support / Desktop Support Analyst to join their Helpdesk team on an initial 6 month contract. This role has been determined Inside IR35 and so contractors will need to work via anUmbrella engagement. The role has potential for further extensions and continued work into late 2023. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Support /1st Line Analyst looking to contract and join an expanding business allowing them to get involvedstraight away

**ROLE**:
Reporting to Head of Service Delivery you will be a key member of the support team. You will cover a variety of tasks which will include, the imaging of hardware, providing great customer service and the triaging of tickets. For this role you will need tohit the ground running and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You will be keen to deliver a fast and efficient service. Clearly demonstrating a motivated, proactive and a "can-do" attitude. You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills as you will be liaising with all areas of the business and atall levels. You will have at least 2 years of IT Service Desk experience with a good level of IT knowledge. Due to the nature of the role, the role will be office based.

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Day-to-day management of new and existing tickets assigned to you ensuring SLA's are met and KPI requirements are fulfilled.
- Working with the wider IT Technical teams for escalation of issues
- Working in partnership with third party suppliers for resolution of issues
- Triage ServiceDesk tickets
- assessing the quality of information, priority & SLAs.
- End-to-end management of incidents and service requests through to resolution.
- Identify issues and suggest improvements to process or working practices.
- Demonstrate and support change management processes within the IT Department
- Manage and update the company wide Asset register in an accurate and timely way

**Hardware Specific**
- Required to image Desktop's, Laptop's, Tablets and Mobile's
- Organise couriers via online portal for deliveries and collections to customers
- Provide support to the IT team with business Acquisitions when required
- Train and support new users where required
- Obtain quotes and order hardware from our 3rd party suppliers as required
- Raise Purchase orders as required

**Skills**
- 2+ years service/help desk support experience
- Service Desk Tools (Manage Engine is currently used)
- Active Directory - Access management
- Microsoft O365 Admin Centre - administration/access
- Printer Configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience Windows 10
- Office365
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written / Verbal
