Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Typing of letters and invoices
- Reception duties
- Telephone duties (including contacting clients for their records, the return of approved documents, payment of our invoices etc.)
- Setting up new clients on our various systems
- Wrapping, archiving and sending back client records
- Any other ad hoc tasks

Key skills required:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Eagerness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Being proactive
- Ability to work well under pressure and able to prioritise workload during busy periods

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
