**About the Role**

Due to the continuous growth of our business, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts / Payroll Administrator to join us on a permanent contract. At Superior Healthcare we value the growth and development of our staff.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Processing timesheets for field staff _(Carers/Nurses)_
- Processing holiday forms for field staff_ (Carers/Nurses)_
- Progress to covering the weekly payroll processes
- Support with general payroll queries
- Adhoc support to finance team

**Hours**:
37.5 (Monday - Friday 0900-1700)

**Requirements**:

- Finance and/or Payroll minimum of 1 years’ experience required - Administration Experience will be considered
- Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience working with Sage 50 Accounts and/or Payroll _(not essential)
- Experience working with Access People Planner _(not essent_

- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must work well as part of a team as well as being able to work autonomously
- Be professional at all times
- You must be confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment and with the ability to easily adapt to change
