We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to provide full administrative support within our Human Resources department.
**In role in brief**:
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Administration around new starters, leavers
- Assisting with inputting payroll information - Updating employee files to ensuring compliance at all times
- Note taking in official meetings
- Confirming attendance and absence
- Issuing of letters
- Logging of training activity
- Providing guidance to managers on company policies
- Creating and sending reports to Managers and Directors
- Assisting with the induction process

**Essential Skills**
- Previous HR experience required
- Strong experience in the administration process supporting employee relations procedures such as Disciplinary, Grievance, Suitability, Capability etc.
- Experience in administration using an LMS is desirable but not essential
- You must be outgoing and enthusiastic
- Reliability, time keeping, attention to detail and using your own initiative will be important aspects of the role, so you should be proficient at these skills
